After dealing with this now for the second time, I waited for an hour to be seen and work to begin. Communication at this place is sub part at best and the fact that there is one hygienist that appears to be running the show there in the back where the patients are is crazy to me. It truly does feel like this is a low income place where people go to get their dental work done. I did appreciate Sherri however and will specifically return just because of her.

I am not the type to leave reviews and had never intended to leave one despite my awful experience at this dentist office, but after being called about a bill almost five months after I went to this office, I feel that people should be warned about the quality and lack of professionalism in this office. I went for a cleaning and some x-rays in late January. Got the x-rays but was then told that I couldn't get the cleaning, despite it being the main reason I booked the appointment, because their cleaning person only worked Fridays. Then as I was getting the x-rays done, the dentist working with me left to go on break. She was nice but the woman who took over after her was very harsh. So now I am in May 26th and I get a call about having a $58 charge that I never received any email or mail about. It's just a very unprofessional business so save yourself the trouble and find somewhere better!

It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review but this company is on their third strike with me and I won't be coming back. In short, I had previously been over charged by like $600 when getting some wisdom teeth extracted. They never told me about this and I would have never known if I never came back in. I never did get an explanation on that. Second, I went in for a discolored tooth and was told I needed a root canal and a crown. I needed to see an endodontist for the root canal and to come back for the crown. They neglected to tell me about the cheaper and easier solution of getting the tooth bleached. I found out from the endodontist and it worked phenomenally. Bright now! was going to charge me close to $1,600 for the crown but instead I paid $250 for the bleaching. Finally, today I waited over an hour without being seen despite me having an appointment in advance. I decided to walk out as there were two other patients who were waiting as well.
