I have a major fear of dentist but today the staff in the back and the dentist was amazing and worked with me so I felt comfortable and was able to handle the visit. Now I need 3 things done and 2 I’m paying for but the final item I was going to use my insurance card to pay and the front staff told me they don’t accept that form of payment and wouldn’t even call the number on the card, when my insurance company was on the phone with me saying have them call us they do accept this it’s why we send you too them. So I guess I will just go without having my tooth fixed until I can save up the money without using a card to help me.

My experience with this office is normally pleasant. The doctor and staff I've had at this office were friendly and professional. The office was in-network for most insurance plans which made it easier to have my family all go to the same office. One of my brothers stop coming for dental service due to how an hygienist had reacted to his gum bleeding during a deep cleaning. My best experience was with Dr. Wade when she worked at this office. Myself and another sibling stop coming this office mid 2021 when we kept getting a call every month to reschedule our dental cleaning due to an hygienist isnt available for the scheduled appt. Late 2021 or early 2022 we receive a letter about a security breach, which further deter us from want to return to this location for dental service.

I was nervous to go to a new dentist, but this is my favorite dental office I've been to! The whole staff is SO nice and friendly and made my appointments a breeze (and honestly a little fun)! They were very transparent on how much things would cost and what they would be doing to my teeth. I normally feel a little intimidated going to the dentist, but I felt so welcomed here. Can't recommend them enough!
