I recently visited this dental office and was extremely dissatisfied with their service. I scheduled an appointment here for surgery a month ago. They asked for my dentist’s info so they could get the X-ray and the referral from them and told me they would get this ready by my appointment date. I called them about 15 days before the appointment to make sure they were able to get it. I was assured they would. I called again the day before my appointment to confirm they had it. They told me everything was in place. I took a day off of work and drove an hour to get to their office, filled out their forms, and waited just to be told they did not have the referral and I might have to pay out of pocket. This was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient for me. I had made plans and arrangements to be there and was let down by their lack of preparation and organization. Very disappointed with record keeping. I went to one office filled out a large amount of questions about my health, fine. Then I went to another office for a dental surgeon. They handed me paperwork, I stated that I had already filled out my health history. I asked if they don't share information, she stated no, then quickly went on to say that because I was now seeing a specialist they were different questions. They weren't. So if spent another at least 20 minutes filling out the same paperwork I had already filled out.i drove an hour to see this dentist who then informed me she couldn't do my procedure in the office, I needed a hospital procedure. I questioned why that wasn't caught at the first office. She said oh they couldn't know how the pacemaker would affect my surgery. Why not. I waited weeks for an appointment drove one hour each way for both dentists. I am left with calling my insurance company and waiting on hold for long periods of time to find a different oral surgeon wit
