Before the visit I received great customer service . Day of appointment treated nice and the Dr.Patel and assistant was really great and nurturing when it came to my treatment. First time in a dental Office in 8+ years and I’m glad Bright now dental on Curtner in San Jose was in my network. Very efficient fast and just made me feel comfortable . Looking forward to my follow up appointment next month.
I have absolute respect for Dr Lu. I'm in my 40s. I have never liked my smile until now. I actually enjoy smiling without feeling insecure about my teeth. Smiling has a direct impact on my mental health, confidence, and how I perceive myself and how others perceive me. I have seen many dentists and this is the first time I feel safe with my oral care. I know he would not recommend unnecessary procedures and he'll be gentle with me. The staff is top notch! Thank you Dr Lu and BrightNow!
