I really hate giving this review because I love the dental staff here. They are so friendly and do really excellent work. That being said last fall (2022) I went in for a routine checkup and was told I should get selants. After confirming with the administrator (twice) and 2 members of the dental staff, I was told that the procedure would be covered by insurance, so I proceeded with the sealants. Unfortunately, a few months later, I received a prebill that indicated this was not the case. After calling to followup, I was told to wait for the actual bill. Well in is now May (2023), well over 7 months later, and I was finanlly called about a balance on my account (after I was told numerous times it would be free). The person I spoke to on the phone was short, could not answer my questions, and failed to provide information on themself or why they were calling until I asked for more information. When I asked to leave a compliant, I was transferred to a voicemail that told me to call back

This office is the closest to me (that's on my insurance), so I'm trying to be patient with them, but their customer service is awful. I initially called about some tooth pain and scheduled an appointment. I have had to reschedule (because the dentist didn't work the day of my appointment) and wait weeks before the next. I have been told appointments will be months away for cleanings. And now, after a month of waiting for a root canal since my initial phone call, they told me on the morning of the procedure that the doctor that would be performing is no longer covered by insurance. I'm trying to be patient, but if you have another option, then I recommend trying someplace else.

I needed a prescription for antibiotics, which the doctor wrote. When I went to pick it up there was nothing. They never sent it to the pharmacy. I called all the pharmacies in my area. Nothing there. I called their office twice about it and no one bothered to return my calls. I was running a high fever from an infection and they put my health in serious danger. I cancelled future appointments and will never go back. I actually liked the oral surgeon but the office staff is completely incompetent . I’m still furious at being treated this way.
