Unfortunately I give this office a one star since they do not check the insurance prior to treatments and charge patients for a service that should be covered 100% upfront by insurance . It’s been a month and I’m still waiting for my refund check. They are suppose to follow up on this but I’m the one that keeps on calling instead. I feel no one here cares since it’s not their money. Unfortunately or Happily I moved to a Different provider that take their time verifying insurance before they charge patients.
The past cleaning that I had with Chima was absolutely amazing. It was very informative on how I can improve my dental health as well as she was extremely thorough. I was very happy with my visit. I love this place.
Very professional goes through the procedure with you to make sure you understand what will be done before hand
