The staff were courteous and attentive. Dr Park was informative and explained the procedures to be done. This was my first visit but overall I am very satisfied.

Very professional and kept me at ease knowing I was in good hands. Had my first tooth extraction… from the minute I entered the door to the moment I left, great experience with such a wonderful staff.

Precious is very unprofessional she promised she would call me back the minute her office got a new dental hygienist. Kathy advised me today that they have had a new hygienist for 4 weeks. I have been calling for weeks trying to get rescheduled and every time I ask to speak to a manager I hear precious click and hang up the phone. This is a very unprofessional business and I had to take off work for these appts and they never even allowed me to get them rescheduled. Precious has called me directly from her cell phone to bash her employees saying they are no good & made racial comments. She then banned me from going to all bright now dentals because I told them I was upset and wanted to switch back to Wesley chapel. I am outraged and I will be reaching out to corporate.
