Bright Side Dental - Warren

The Dentist did an amazing job ..they called me right to the back right away my co pay was very reasonable..all the staff at front desk was very nice and polite ???? they were able to do everything that was needed to help my pain and most of all i appreciate how I was able to come in the same day of calling ..what Dentist you know that can get you in the same day of a phone call ..and last but lease...the place was very spotless,real Clean...I will recommend anyone to this place.....

1 star cuz the staff lies..told me what I would be paying and nothing more. Said would not be charged seperate for exam when couldn't do work till later after saw me..I would've had to leave and come back..then said participated with my insurance... lied again.and one of the employees who cleaned my teeth before was the rudest person ever..She was not doing her job correctly and blamed me ..people like that should not be in the health field

Called the office first thing this morning due to a dental emergency. Got an appointment a half hour later. Everyone on the phone was terrific. Warmly welcomed when I entered the facility by the receptionist. After some paperwork I was taken to a room, X-rays quickly taken and I was with a dentist within 10 minutes. Temporary repairs were made to take me through the weekend and I walked out in about 40 minutes total. Can’t get over how friendly everyone was
