My first visit was great. Marcella is the best dental hygienist I have ever had. She was great about answering my questions and did a wonderful job on my cleaning and exams. She explained things well and was super helpful and welcoming. The use of newer technologies in this office is great and really makes for a more comfortable experience. I will be returning for sure.
As a new patient at Bristol Heights Dental, I must say that I was impressed by everyone in the office. Front staff is friendly & helpful, the hygienist (Ashlee) was super, and Dr Shipp is personable & informative without pushing for excessive treatments. Very happy to have found this group of professional providers.
I have always like Bristol heights dental. The dental hygienist are excellent, staff is very courteous and the place is always well organized, latest technology and upbeat. Plus, they have a kids room in the lobby. Dr shipp is a very nice guy looking out for all his patients dental care.
