Excellent customer service. Best of the best. Mariela made it happen. I feel very excited having them as my dentists.

The customer service is a joke here. The front desk is rude and condescending, I was going to call them the day before my appointment to reschedule because I got sick over the weekend. Before I got to call them they called me to remind me about the appointment and I told them I was sick I needed to reschedule and they had the nastiest attitude. I was told to cancel 48 hours ahead, which was a Sunday. They don’t work on Sundays but not like they work on the week days when they’re open anyways. They stand around ignoring the patient while talking and laughing with each other. The techs and dentist are probably students or unlicensed. The tech that cleaned my teeth chipped my tooth.

Excellent Practice! Has definitely improved over the years!! Carmen and Selena were absolutely excellent and I trust they are taking care of all my needs. I was having a medical emergency, and they were able to squeeze me in!! The best customer service!! Making this location my new home dentist!!
