Dr. Carter is an outstanding dentist from his technique to his personality. You can tell he truly cares about his patients. His staff is also energetic, personable, and they make you feel extremely welcome and wanted. Couldn’t recommend this place any higher.

Tried making an appointment and called twice to verify that our insurance is in network. First Time I was told it was not but they will call me to verify (They never called). The second time I called I was told that they put in paperwork to opt out the DHMO netowork so that they will not take our insurance any longer which is Cigna DHMO. They are most definitely in network. I feel rejected and I work in insurance as a profession at a medical office so I know you don't just put in paperwork to opt out of certain networks. The insurance chooses what network they want you in once you apply to be in network so I know that's a lie. Its inpolite to not want to see someone because you simply think their insurance won't pay as good as PPO. you guys are definitely in network and cannot opt out.

My husband and I are new to the practice and couldn’t be more happy with our experience. We were greeted with warm genuine friendliness by the front desk staff. They were efficient in getting us set up as new patients. Our hygienists Nikki and Michelle were outstanding. The husband had a small filling he needed placed and they were able to get him in immediately after his cleaning. Dr. Carter has a bright personality, wonderful bedside manner, and a great sense of humor! To top it all off we received a call that afternoon from Dr. Carter himself to check on my husband and to say it was a pleasure having us. Thank you to the entire team for everything!! See you in six months!!
