Dr. Byrd got me in (as a brand new patient) within a day or so of calling with a problematic tooth. I received a warm welcome from the reception office and high quality care from Dr. Byrd and Cassie. They always answer their phone during business hours and an emergency line is in place for the unexpected after-hours emergencies. Glad I have found a wonderful new dentist so close to home!
This office staff is always caring, compassionate and understanding. Dr Byrd is a wonderful dentist and person!!! She would go out of her way to help any and everyone. The office is up to date, clean and cheerful because of Dr Byrd.
Went to Dr. Byrd on a Monday and got an appointment that day to have a tooth pulled. She and her staff was great from start to finish. Gave me information I needed for the extraction. That night Dr. Byrd called me at home to make sure everything was going OK. That great service and follow up.What other dentist called you after hours to follow up on you. 110% first class service from start to end and the staff is first class also.
