Burg Childrens Dentistry & Orthodontics - Jordan Ridge

I came to this place as it was right next to my kids pediatricians office. It looked like a great place, everyone was very friendly. I set up my kids to go to this practice and was told I would have an appointment for both of my kids on April 12th at 10a. When I arrived at the practice, they told me my appointment was not until the 26th. That is not at all what I was told, and I kept my daughter home from school to be able to go to this appointment. Had I known the correct date, I would've still had my daughter go to school. It would've been nice to have that communication in some way of an appointment slip or email confirmation. Thought this would be the place, but l'll take my kiddos somewhere else. If you don't want your appointment to be changed on you, I suggest you find somewhere else to take your kiddos.

Beware taking your kids here or getting any work done. This is the worst dentist's office anywhere. I went to them explaining full well how we were being taken advantage of by another dentist's office for dental work and they agreed to put everything in writing, which we signed. Sure enough, a few weeks later they send us some additional billing and asked us for more money. I ignored it because again, we have a signed estimate for the work. Today they call me and ask about the remaining amount and I told them no, we have an agreed upon price that was to be paid for the services. The lady I deal with starts throwing a fit and telling me how they "discounted" the services. Mind you, I spent almost a grand on services and this is literally over $60. I told her that because of a matter of principal, I'm not paying it because as a contractor, I don't do that to my clients and they shouldn't either. She continues to laugh at me and says that they aren't contractors and they don't go

The care was very good and we typically really appreciate the work at these offices. Today, though, was frustrating dealing with the scheduling staff. We had a set time for an appointment with anaesthesia. These appointments come with strict rules about how close to the procedure your child can eat or drink. We were sticking to those rules carefully, which is hard with a young kid who is thirsty and hungry. The office contacted me this morning, telling me they had a cancellation and asked if we could come an hour and a half early. I told them that we couldn't, that my work day was planned around the appointment already, and with the food and drink rules in mind. They texted a second time, saying that they'd had that cancellation and really wanted us to come earlier, and could we get there any amount of time earlier than our appointment? I told them that no, we could not. We have two parents that work and we live 30 miles away. They texted a THIRD time, saying "Ok, well just come as ear
