I love this dentist's office! I left an old dentist after he retired and his practice was integrated into another practice. I felt that new umbrella practice was all about money and every time I went there they wanted me to pay out of pocket for extra things that either weren't really necessary or should have been covered by insurance. The first day I was there they told me I urgently needed two new crowns, a root canal and a gum grafting immediately. No sugar coating, no warm up, no trying to ease me in kindly. (I'm terrified of the dentist so hearing all of this was quite traumatizing!) And how on earth could I afford that all at the same time, even with insurance! Cambridgeside dental was recommended to me by my friend, and I went there. Now, they said the same things as the dentist I had left (which I was emotionally prepared for by then) but they said it wasn't terribly urgent and that we could do the procedures over the span of a few years, which was such a relief to hea

I went in for fillings today for the first time ever. Everyone was extremely nice, understanding, and humorous about the whole process. I could not recommend Cambridgeside Dental enough to anyone looking for top quality customer service and dental work

Such a smooth, positive experience! Only looked for a new dentist due to new job location/move. Called for a new patient appt/cleaning, they had an appointment later that day due to a cancellation. Everyone I interacted was so professional and friendly. They have a bike rack right in front of their office, or free off street parking depending on your mode of travel. The dental hygienist and Dr. Lee were both super thorough and pleasant. Two thumbs up, and will be recommending my husband/friends to the practice as well!
