Today, I got a root canal. Karinna the front desk receptionist was very welcoming when I entered the facility. It felt good for her to say "How can I serve you?" and when I called to schedule the appointment she said "Who do I have the pleasure speaking with?" It was so nice hearing that and I felt so welcomed. Cindy was very helpful answering all the insurance questions I had and she explained it in detail by breaking out what was covered and what I had to pay up front. Jackie the doctor's assistant helped me get over the fear of getting a root canal which I been delaying for years. Referred by my dentist for a consultation regarding the need for a root canal vs tooth removal for recurrent tooth pain. Tooth removal was advised & an oral surgeon was available later that morning. The procedure was quick & painless. Both the consulting dentist & oral surgeon were professional, caring & informative. A follow up call was received later that day to checked on my well being.
