Dr. Biggerstaff made an anxious experience a breeze. He was easy going, relaxing, and simple to understand. I had many questions about getting a root canal and he helped me to understand the dental necessities as simply as boiling water. Recovery was better than some fillings I've had done. When I went to get my crown, my dentist was so impressed with the work that he wanted to know who had done it so he could recommend more patients to get root canals there. The staff was personable and patient. I'd mixed up my appointment time and called ahead to see if I could come late. After checking that I could, they were more concerned that I drive there safely than getting there quickly. I hope I don't need future endodontic work, but if I do I'll be in good hands coming back here.
Not thrilled. Called to get the CT scan images after the two surgeries did not work for the pain. We have to pay $160 to get the images. Well, okay, do we pay for the two surgeries that did not work as well, or maybe we can trade that for the images. If you are still in pain and trying to get help somewhere else...you think... you just might think they could put them on a jump drive that I offered to bring in. I guess the CT scan is "free" but the surgery is what was paid for. - Definitely frustrated and totally annoyed. I get it if the surgeries were successful and I just wanted them for fun. - I guess the couple thousand wasn't enough. Not recommending going forward.
My wife was referred here by her regular dentist for a root canal. Dr Christianson was VERY thorough, carefully examined the tooth, and asked several questions. He determined that the tooth didn't need a root canal, that there was an unrelated infection below the tooth, and made an appointment for us at a nearby oral surgeon, who confirmed his diagnosis, and was able to remove the infection. Dr Christianson could have easily done the root canal and collected his payment, and sent us on our way with no resolution to symptoms. We're very glad he took the time to figure out what was really going on, and sent us where we needed to go.
