Capitol Dental Care

I recently had to get a tooth removed and Dr. Nam Phan did a phenomenal job. It was quick and pain free. He also made sure to personally check in with me after my procedure which is a rare thing now days. I highly recommend Capitol Dental Care to those in need a local dentist.

This place has became a joke. Been a patient for 30 years and I’m calling it quits. Lately billing has been horrible! I went for my normal cleaning appt and they said my insurance doesn’t cover it. I had called my insurance and they never even received a claim. Especially a claim that denied. What did it for me was I moved 2 hours away. I had an appt scheduled because since they are low staffed they pushed me 5 months out. 5 months comes finally and I drive my 2 hours with my 15 month old which I had to take time and money out to find a sitter for this appt. I get there for them to tell me I am not in their schedule. Mind you I had already received my email confirming hours beforehand. Please don’t waste your time and energy here!

This place is all about money! I was owed money by them, I forget why, something to do with “insurance”, but I never saw it! This used to be Dr Sherman, maybe 20 yrs ago. He was the best! I stayed with them, just because it was easier than starting all over with soneone new. I didn’t care for how he treated some of his hygienists either. I did end up switching about 3 yrs ago. I would never recommend going here.
