Capitol Square Dental of Columbus

The space is clean and the staff are very nice, that’s true. I really wanted to like this place but I can not recommend it. First, they sold me an expensive brush/prescription toothpaste and mouthwash system that I didn’t need along with treatment for my “gum disease” (which according to my new dentist, I don’t have) This was a little bit of a red flag right off the bat, but dentistry is a for-profit business so what you gonna do? Then I came in for fillings. They fused two teeth together! Doesn’t sound that bad but it’s extremely painful and it caused my teeth to shift. When I called to complain they didn’t believe me, kept saying they might just be a little snug. But lo and behold they had to completely remove the fillings from both teeth and start over. Then they couldn’t get the bite right. When I bite down in a certain way nerve pain shoots down my jaw. A year and four follow up visits later I still couldn’t chew on one side. The location and offices are excellent. Every member of the team was kind, welcoming and professional. I have been looking for a dentist and staff with whom I could feel comfortable, appreciated and respected. I have wanted a staff that didn't treat me like a child and who exhibited a level of professionalism that instilled confidence. I have found all I wanted and needed at Dr. Safa's office at both the Capital Square and Dublin locations.

The 1st time I called I got no answer. The 2nd time I called, I left a voice message hoping to become a new patient (no call back) The 3rd time I called today (3/1/23) they picked up the phone and hung up in my face. I guess I should take this as a sign the find another dentist. Good luck people!
