Really getting frustrated with the fact that there are no appointments available til july! My child hasn’t been seen since November 2023! 3 offices and neither has anything available? I’m better off taking him somewhere else

If I could assign a rating of zero, I certainly would. My journey with this establishment began back in December 2021 at the Grovetown location for aligner treatment. Unfortunately, that location closed a few months into my treatment, and I had to transition to the Evans location, which was initially fine. The first couple of visits went smoothly. However, my recent experiences have left me deeply dissatisfied. It appears there are issues with the one individual handling phone calls and scheduling. It all began when I received reminders for my appointments with incorrect times. I promptly called to rectify this, explaining that the scheduled time did not align with the time I had initially booked. Regrettably, the individual handling scheduling put my appointment at 11 am when it should have been at 3 pm. When I pointed out the error, their response was astonishingly unhelpful. They simply stated, 'We don't have any availability until November. Do you want to keep the time or cancel? B

From the moment I walked in, I was treated like a VIP. Everyone was friendly and efficient. All of the procedures were professional done and explained to me in laymans terms. I fully understood what the issues were and the steps being taken to correct them. Highly recommend.
