I first off want to compliment the front office. If I were to rate the staff it would be a 5 star. They are fantastic, I just so wish I could say the same for my Dentist. This is why people put their teeth to the back burner is the experience with the Dentist. Everyone is entitled to a bad day that's just human nature. Although, as a professional, you never want to use passive aggressiveness to push a procedure that you are not confident with. This Dentist literally said "We are 45 minutes in, we blocked out a 2 hour session for you and I don't appreciate you wasting my time". I was speechless, I felt pressured and a bit scared. A week before this appointment I changed this as a consultation to discuss the finishing of the root canal verses pulling out a Dead tooth. My Husband was not able to accompany me and we were not going to make a decision unless we were both 100% confident with keeping the dead tooth. Unfortunately that upset him. Dr. Chin is an Amazing Dentist.. I was nervous at my first visit..I’ve had not so good experiences throughout my life with Dentists. Dr Chin made me feel very comfortable and explained everything with compassion and professionalism. I need quit a bit of dental work, and I can honestly say that I’ve found my Dentist .. I’m keeping him. The staff are friendly and professional as well.. A great atmosphere, when you walk in, you can feel the love ???? I always get that vibe. Thank you ????????

I had the opportunity to attend a Seminar last month all about dental implants and one's options these days Not only was the seminar very informative and enlightening so far as diagnostic, state of the art 3D Imagining and the evolution of modern implants that produces a super secure,durable and cosmetically pleasing complete package! I was very well relieved and at ease w my level of confidence that Dr Chin and his team will perform at the level of today's new standards of excellence! This said a month later I am pleased to have an actual date of entire extractions! I've been floundering around for 3 or 4 years not being able to bestow my confidence in a dentist again after two very bad incidents. Dr Chin has experienced a lifetime of dentistry following in suite with his father. I'm looking forward to a new start and have no doubt Casa Adobes has my solution.
