No one likes the thought of a root canal, but if you find yourself needing one, Dr. Welk is the one you should see. I had my 3rd root canal with him on Thursday and I was in and out and back to work in under 2 hours. His staff is wonderful as well. Nancy at the front desk is so knowledgeable, great to visit with and always goes the extra mile for you in any way she can. She truly puts patients at ease. The assistants are always friendly and very helpful during the procedures. I highly recommend Cascade.

I highly recommend Dr. Welk! I recently had my first ever root canal. Having heard past horror stories from friends about their root canal experiences, I admit to being nervous about the procedure. Dr. Welk did an outstanding job. He was capable, collected and a consummate professional! The entire process took less than 45 minutes. I had NO pain in the area even after the anesthesia wore off and none the following day or since. Additionally, the office itself is lovely, has all the latest equipment to provide an accurate diagnosis and his support staff was welcoming and friendly. Dr. Welk is THE endodontist to see if you are ever in need of one!

I just moved to Oregon and needed a root canal right away; I was having trouble finding an endodontist, and one place I called was booked until mid-July! Cascade was able to fit me in the very next morning. Dr. Welk and Shauna are absolutely amazing! They were very thorough in their explanations of the process, and made sure I was at ease (I was super anxious). I felt very minor discomfort in the beginning (the anaesthetic shots); besides this, the whole procedure felt very short and quick. A big shout out to Nancy at the front as well--thank you so much for making those calls to my previous dentist/endodontist and getting me in so quickly!
