I was comfortable and the staff was really polite. I didn't feel any pain thanks to a good doctor

Unprofessional and disrespectful with the customer's time. I made an appointment for my husband with plenty of time, he left work early to assist with his appointment showing up on time and they never add the appointment to their schedule.

Office vibe is nice. The staff are very friendly but the upsell for unnecessary procedures is extremely upsetting. They will not doing anything but examine you mouth and then trump up charges for the next visit. They wouldn’t even give me a basic cleaning for my first visit. I was told I needed a medicate cleaning which was over $200. My dental issue wasn’t even taking care of but I was told that I needed to reschedule because they were out of the material. It’s a dentist office and should always have the materials in stock. Just another way to charge my insurance more money for additional office visits. Once my issue is resolved. I will find another dental office that care about my teeth and not trying to get over on their patients and their insurances. Crooks!!!!
