This place is a SCAM! I was shocked to read that many others who left reviews had the same experience as I did. I stay on top of my dental care (regular visits and cleanings). During my last visit to a different castle dental 10 months ago, they told me I had no cavities and to come back in 6 months. I visited this location May 2023. I was told that I have 9 cavities, bone loss, and that I need an intense gum therapy cleaning which my insurance did not cover. They quoted me an out of pocket bill of $1100. I asked the hygienist how is this possible when I had no issues reported at my last visit. She said I just recommend care based on what I see now. I got a second opinion and was told I only have 3 cavities and I just need a regular cleaning. This place does not practice honest dental care! Stay a way! What a waste of time and money smh!!!

I've had similar experiences with others. They diagnosed us with countless of cavities. But we had a couple more second opinions and said our teeth were fine. We have no pain or symptoms and we take care of our hygiene. Not coming back.

Unfortunately will not be returning…I went for a checkup, mentioned the pain in my wisdom teeth, and the DA stood me for an X-ray. After asked if that’s all I came for, and was visibly annoyed saying “girlll, don’t make me choke you!” When I brought up getting a complete check up. It is not normal to express annoyance with new patients. Very friendly and professional office manager though.
