Everyone was decently pleasant. The office was clean and everyone was following covid protocols. The dental assistant was empathetic with the pain I was experiencing as I had a broken tooth. She was thorough with the x-rays and walking me through the details of the exam. I spent more time with her than the hygienist and the doctor, but they were also sufficiently busy. I wish I remembered her name to give her a mention because she really helped make the experience pleasant and stress free. I met with the office manager to set up financing and schedule time for fixing my issues. She was very helpful walking me through their brand specific discount program, One Smile, which after calculating my own numbers would have saved me $1800 for everything I need done and for only paying a $79 premium for the whole year! This was only my first visit but I find they are a very friendly staff, informative and professional.

Dr. Rabi is my orthodontist, he is an excellent. He was able to closed the 3 big gaps between my teeth. It took almost 3 years to close those gaps but that was expected because my gaps were like 1 tooth apart. After my braces was taken off, he still see me to make sure that everything is great. When my plastic retainer cracked, he offered me a wire retainer with no extra cost. Exceptional service!!!
