The staff are friendly and professional The first time I was in the office I had two teeth filled without novacaine and I didn't feel anything Dr. Nagle is great. A Genius at his craft . I was there yesterday for a cleaning and My teeth look great. Keep up the good work Guys.

After a recent move, I was concerned about finding a new dentist. When I initially scheduled my visit, I asked specifically if the dentist and hygienist I was scheduled with had experience with Maryland bridges. The receptionist confirmed it would not be an issue. When I arrived for my cleaning, the hygienist stated he did not know what the bridge was or how to clean it. He jokingly made a reference to the dentist about the bridge. Dentist lacked any sort of friendly or helpful demeanor. I was told there would be no charge due to insurance coverage. When asked if I wanted to reschedule, I denied. I received a bill several months later as a final notice that I would need to partially pay for services. I stopped in to ask why I had never received a first or second notice; the receptionist confirmed there was a mix up with my address and they were not sent. She admitted no one tried to contact me outside of these letters, despite the mix up. I will admit this receptionist was very helpful
