Center City Emergency Dentist

I was in extreme pain, the office was able to get me in same day a few short hours after calling! Performed a safe, quick, pain free extraction. The staff (Lucy) was amazing even held my hand through the entire process which was huge for me (I can't take pain lol) both her & Dr. Huergo were very empathetic & efficient. They even had me laughing at the end both telling jokes to make me even more comfortable. The receptionist was also a sweetie. Cathy also made sure I received excellent care while waiting! I will definitely be back for all my dentistry needs!

I do think this is a good dentist office. But, I feel like my wait has increased the last few times I went in and today I waited over an hour for my scheduled appointment before I was seen. I was there for over 2 hours total for a cleaning. I would have preferred that they call and reschedule if there was a scheduling issue. Everyone's time is valuable... not just yours.

I have been a patient for years. I have always been treated with kindness. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. My dentist Shefali is steady and reassuring. I have been putting off getting much needed implants. Shefalis confidence and easy going nature have helped me change my mind. I look forward to being a patient here for many years to come.
