He took the time to explain my treatment options in detail and answered all of my questions with patience and kindness. I could tell that he was truly invested in helping me achieve the best possible results. Throughout the course of my treatment, Dr. Thomas and his staff were always available to answer my questions and provide guidance when I needed it. They made me feel like I was part of their family and were genuinely interested in my progress. The office itself is modern, clean, and comfortable, and the equipment is top-of-the-line. So glad I chose Center City Ortho as my provider to get Invisalign treatment. Even though a lot of dentists offer Invisalign, I truly can't imagine that I would be getting the same level of detailed care anywhere else. The initial new patient consult with Dr. Thomas was very thorough, and he explained long-term solutions for after my Invisalign treatment was done to prevent my teeth from re-shifting (which was unfortunately the case for me with previous orthodontic treatment). Since Invisalign is an expensive investment, it was very reassuring to hear that they care about your treatment results in the long term. Aside from the awesome clinical staff, the office staff is wonderful and deserves a ton of recognition for how well they run the office - I am constantly impressed!
