Excellent patient care from the front office to the back. They were kind enough to check my insurance. However, it is not their responsibility to check my insurance as it is unique to me and it is my insurance. There is a negative comment on this thread. The patient believes it is the responsibility of the office to check their insurance. The patient is wrong. It is a courtesy when medical offices check benefits. It is the responsibility of the patient to make sure a provider is in network. I would like to ask the person complaining about the price of the procedure. How much is your tooth worth? I bet you think it’s worth way more than $100.00. You stated you were happy with the procedure. The skill of the Endodontist is worth way more than $100.00. You could have gone to an in network provider and had a terrible outcome but saved $100.00. Exercise personal responsibility and check your insurance plan for all future medical visits as it is your responsibility at the end o
My dentist referred me here for a root canal and internal bleaching. I was nervous coming into it but Dr. Mirzayan was wonderful! He ensured me I would not have any pain or issues throughout the process and I didn't/haven't felt a thing. Everything was flawless. His bedside manner and undivided attention make all the difference plus their team is very friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend :) Thank you guys!
The entire staff was great Rosie at the front desk and Annette are very kind. I’m sorry I don’t not recall the name of Dr. M’s assistant, but she was fantastic! I’m 67 and I’ve never had a root canal and this was a Painless experience. Dr. M was fantastic, extremely patient and explained everything he was doing. The only difficult part was holding my mouth open that long.???? put a wedge in and I was able to relax my jaw. Doctor M would be my first choice if I ever need a root canal again and I would recommend him to anyone.
