Central Dental

On my first visit I got the feeling they were trying to up sale me like I was at a car dealership. My couple of experiences with the front desk have been less than pleasant. They have also been sending me an outrageous bill for a no show fee I can't afford when my only vehicle broke down the morning of my appointment. They will not be getting my business and would not recommend this dentist as it appears to me they are just trying to take your money rather than take care of you.

Poorly run and managed, and prioritize money over patients. Came into my cleaning only for the dentist and front desk person to decline seeing me and instead harass me because my insurance hadn’t paid a previous claim. Dr. Koerner recommended I “get a new insurance because the one I have is difficult to work with” …. Like I have a choice who my employer selects as a carrier. I ended up submitting the claim for them and it was paid in less than a month, after nearly 6 months of them texting, calling and emailing me about it. Giving three stars because the hygienists were very nice & competent, otherwise I’d recommending finding a different dental practice.

Dr Koerner and her staff have been very professional yet also kind and considerate. From fillings to teeth cleanings to whitening procedures and beyond, everything was top notch quality and done in a very pleasant environment. Would I recommend Central Dental to friends and family? I would. And I have!
