Dr. Nieto is very accommodating and patient. I was very comfortable with her. I’m glad my mom recommended her.
Horrible, horrible experience. Dr. Nieto kept me waiting for over a year for dental implants, constantly cancelling and/or rescheduling only to cancel again. She was not transparent about the process at all and was totally lacking in empathy or urgency despite having kept me waiting that long. I only stayed as long as I did due to it being related to work injury, but after having been strung along for so long I was finally referred to another dentist that had my implants taken care of in less than 2 months. AVOID here if doing any major dental work, just awful.
After getting off to a rough start, Dr. Nieto and her staff redeemed themselves by providing me with great service, including teeth cleaning and a tooth filling. I am looking forward to a long relationship with Charming Smiles as much as I dislike going to the dentist.
