Everyone at the office is very friendly. I came in with terrible teeth and nobody made me feel judged. I was very nervous getting my teeth removed and my dentures put in and dr. Amber and Madison made me feel very comfortable. The entire experience was amazing.

I’m a dental assistant, and getting a distress call from my mother about her abrasive experience while getting a simple filling had me very upset. What surprised me was that she was never told by the doctor or anyone else why she needed the filling in the first place. My mother went there for a cleaning and ended up getting a restorative procedure without any knowledge of why it was necessary. It baffles me how little communication there was between the doctor and the patient. The patient should always be aware of why they need restorative treatment. However, the most absurd thing was doing a filling and damaging the adjacent teeth. Now, my mother is in pain in teeth that were not sensitive before the filling was done. They took a CBCT scan but couldn’t tell her whether or not a tooth was cracked, which is also very unusual. CBCT provides 3D imaging and is designed to detect cracks in teeth.
