Was simply asking for information and after cutting me off several times, a woman (I know her name but will be gracious enough to not disclose) hung up on me because I asked her to please let me finish what I was trying to say. Then, when I tried to call back, I was sent to hold every time. Completely disrespectful. I never leave reviews online.
Polite, professional , and clean! I was impressed of the service I got considering I only have medicaid.
2 stars because it is very hard to get an appointment here. Each time I would get one, it would usually end up being canceled because the dentist couldn’t make it in or because it got scheduled on a day that she wasn’t there. When I try calling, I never get an answer. When I attempt to leave a voicemail the call cancels for some reason. It would be nice if we could get in and speak to someone without it seeming like a problem.
