Chestnut Square Dental - Concord Dentist

I have been going here since the 1990s. The dentists are the best and very gentle. The hygienist are thorough and gentle. The customer service is awesome. And all the staff is excellent as well.

I am not the type to write reviews regardless of service but this place disappointed me and made me waste months of time to get Orthodontic treatment. First off, my bad experience was not with the dentist or orthodontist but rather with the employees that deal with the insurance. I attempted to start the Invisalign process late January 2023. I was told they would deal with my insurance after the initial consultation. After like 6 weeks of not hearing back from them to make an appt to continue the process I call them back and I am told that the orthodontist has been out of town so they haven't started the insurance process but that they would get on it ASAP and will give me a call back to continue the process. Another 6 weeks go by, and by this time it is Mid march, and I still don't hear back. I give them a call and they tell me that my insurance was being difficult and not giving a direct answer on weather I'm covered or not for Invisalign. They then asked if I could talk to my insu

I love doctor Bahraini at Chestnut Dental Square. She explained all the procedures and why they were necessary. Unfortunately, on my last visit, they said they wouldn’t take by insurance there anymore at the end of the year. I am so disappointed.
