I have been going to this office for several years and the entire team makes you feel so welcome and special from the time you book your appointments to the time you leave. But more than that they are all tremendous at their jobs, from the receptionists to the dental hygienists and the dentists who are all phenomenal. Without hesitation I highly recommend Chicago Smiles and one visit will make you feel the way that I do. They are simply the best dentistry in Chicago!
When you hear and see videos of people seeing their teeth for the first time and crying, that is me. Dr. Santucci was the only person in Chicago that I saw that offered me a less invasive solution to getting my smile back. I am forever grateful to him for truly changing my life. He did my teeth back in 2015 and I still go to him.
The Dentist / owner - Mark Santucci is a complete fraud. He up-charges, suggests false needed treatment, charged false extra costs to my insurance?? (Which he left out out on my personal statement) and he’s extremely rude. I also witnessed him screaming at the staff handling patients, and receptionist. Also - he made it clear that he does not like kids and refused to see my 10 yr old son for a cleaning / check up. Likely because they don’t bring in a lot of $$$ and issues to upcharge.
