Every time I go to Family Dentistry I have to fill out a bunch of paper work this particular visit I went two hours earlier because I kept receiving g phone calls that my insurance was not good. So waist of time cause when I got thier they told me I was good so I took the paper work with me so I wouldn’t have to fill it out again. Needless to say I thought my appointment was at 3:10 but it was at 3:20 so I was there 10 minutes early. And handed in the paperwork, 3:20 came people came in and got seen. I left at 4pm without being seen while at a minimum 5 people came in and was seen before my son so I left. I did receive a text at approximately 410-420 saying I wasn’t in the waiting room when my name was called yea I know …..
I took my 9mo daughter there today and it was quick and easy. Good staff
Great place to go and bring your family. Dr. Mercedes is amazing????I also want to add that Francis was also amazing. She did my x-rays.
