Amazing!!! The staff is absolutely wonderful! I was worried about my son (he is 4) they took him back alone where I'm originally from (East TN) they don't separate the kids from parents, but they made him feel comfortable and safe. You can tell they honestly care about the children! The front desk staff are superior! Especially Lisa!!!! I drive 1.5 hrs and would drive further if needed be!!!!!!!!!!!
Had my wisdom teeth surgery here and they did a perfect job. TRUST ME when they say you won’t remember anything you will not remember anything. Was put to sleep fast. The procedure was literally painless glad I had it removed here. Would recommend it to family or friends.
This is our first time, so I can't speak to longevity here, but in terms of Doctor O, incredible. We have moved from a new state, so this was our first visit and our youngest had a complete meltdown. We ended up only being able to have our older daughter seen, but Dr. O made a point to come over to the waiting area and connect with my younger daughter. He got on her level, talked to her, was able to build trust and invited her to come look at the tools to ease some of her anxiety. He was so genuine, the perfect level of silly and educational, he diffused an emotionally charged situation on all accounts. We plan to try again in a couple months, hoping it was just a bad day, but I'm so thankful for his demeanor, his drive to have my child feel seen and the validation he gave her for being scared (even when I started to fail in that area).
