Worst business ever!!! Scheduled a first appointment for my son and was told the earliest they had available was going to be in 6 months. So we scheduled it and patiently waited. Less than a week away from his first appointment, they send a text message that said they will now be closed on this day and we have to reschedule. I call immediately, and next appointment they have available is months away!!! They did not give me a reason that they're closing. They did not even care, or apologize for the long wait or cancelation of my sons appointment that we've already waited months for. If I could give 0 stars, I certainly would! If you want your child to go to a place that doesn't care about people, then yea wait in line to take them here.
Took my (very easy going, unproblematic) daughter to get her spacers removed, what should have been an easy process turned into a traumatic experience for her. They took her back after assuring her it wouldn’t hurt at all, two dentists tried to remove them but were having difficulty as it was lodged in her gums on both sides, she was crying and asked them to get me but they refused. They did not offer any topical numbing either. Instead they told her to be quiet and that she was “making it worse for herself” and it “didn’t hurt that bad” when they brought her out she was crying and shaking. We normally go to another dental office and have never had an experience like this before. Now she is scared to go back to the dentist.
Waited at least 6 months for this appointment, we both called out of work, pulled my son from his special needs class, only to be called an hour and a half before his appointment to "reschedule for staffing issues." I called back and was informed half of the appointments that day were canceled and the next available is 6 months away. They said if I could get there in 20 minutes they could see us today. Impossible. I asked and was answered that THIS HAPPENS FAIRLY REGULARLY.
