Chow & Ysaac Family Dentistry

Just like the name of the dentistry, Dr. Chow treats me as like family. Now I follow up with Dr. Mathew Chow mostly, but all three dentists have great knowledge of how to keep my teeth healthy and clean. Dr. Jack removed my wisdom tooth, and Dr. Ysaac was my orthodontist, as she kept my teeth straight with promising results. No regrets to improve my teeth and especially my smile in front of everybody. Quality service, a lot of helpful and information, approachable dentists, highly recommended. Thank you!

First time visiting Chow & Ysaac in San Carlos and had a good experience. Followed all Covid precautions that I would expect. Very little wait time. In terms of the actual cleaning, Dr. Janela Chow did something I've never seen any other dentist do. She took digital photos of my teeth up close and at all angles. Way better than trying to make it out in a 2-way mirror.

Dr. Jenela Chow is really professional and patient with all my questions. =) Our family have switched from another dentist to Dr. Chow's dental office (in San Carlos) and we have discovered many issues that our previous dentist did not address. Our family is really grateful to have Jenela and Jack Chow as our family dentist. They explain the treatment in detail to let us understand the process (by showing us the photos and x-rays) and they are always willing to go for the extra miles to make sure things are cared for.
