Christopher Sabourin DDS - Fresno

I was referred here by my dentist for a root canal retreatment evaluation . I was scared and very nervous upon arriving not knowing what to expect being my first time for this procedure, seeing the machinery, equipment, and the micro tools was very intimidating. The staff greeted me and it was almost like if they read my mind, they made me feel comfortable right away. The staff went over the procedures step by step and they made sure I was comfortable the whole entire procedure by checking on how I was feeling and keeping me in the loop with their friendly conversations. Before I knew it I was almost near completion with the gentle wave treatment and was sent home with antibiotics and pain relief medication. The doctor even escorted me out into the lobby asking how my experience was. The doctor was also very calm and friendly and reminded me that I’m the one in control before the procedure took place. It was a overall great experience. I definitely recommend this place.

Everyone here was great! Patient comfort was clearly top of mind for each member of the staff. I can't even remember how many times they asked if everything was okay. They very clearly explained every step of the procedure and checked in regularly to be sure I was doing well throughout. The assistant, Hailey, was super friendly and Dr. Sabourin had a great chair-side manner. Highly recommended if you need a root canal done.

I left Dr. Sabourin's office after my first visit impressed. His staff was very friendly, informative, and professional. You will immediately notice the place is clean and the air is 'fresh'- like it should be. I was nervous, as anyone being 'worked on' by unfamiliar faces would be, but the warm blanket, neck pillow, and friendly staff won me over. They made me feel the most comfortable I've ever been at any dental office. I won't hesitate to go back there again!!!!
