I didn't go to this appointment. Nobody treated me today because I called November 13th to cancel my appointment because I am out of town. They didn't answer so I left a message to cancel my appointment.
Had serious tooth pain and needed a couple of tooth extractions. Got a same day appointment and problem resolved with everything covered by my Insurance. Very good dentist and staff. Would have given five stars, but the final oral instructions differed significantly from the written instructions. Also, the instructions in Spanish are different than the English version.
First time and loved the experience. Everyone is very helpful, professional, and friendly. I can tell patients are their priority, they make sure I was comfortable the whole time during my visit. The Dr. answered all my concerns without sounding annoyed. Also, they were super punctual. My appointment was at 2:00 and I was out by 3:25. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
