Dr Williams is a great dentist. I just love him

Clinic appointments may run late, so it's best to be prepared to wait. Still, service rates as best of best, with everyone, especially Carley and the receptionist (whom I'm sorry to not have gotten the name of), demonstrating compassion, patience and a genuine desire to help as quickly as possible. I appreciate what they are doing for the community.

Wait times are long, scheduling will place you at least 2 to 3 months and even then you'll wait for over an hour for your appointment. Twice I came in on my appointment date only to find out there were no dentists in and had to wait another 3 months for the new scheduled date. I assume they must be understaffed, calling ahead to ask doesn't help as the phone is rarely answered. Im not sure of the names but there is a lady dentist there that did really good on my first filling, however there is another dentist who did my other two at a later date. He messed up my fillings and now I have extreme pain to the point I avoid eating because of it and will have to have them fixed, possibly needing a root canal now.
