Dr. Haidar is great. I am always so happy with the treatment I receive. They are all very kind, clean , prompt and explain everything. Dr Haidar was very gentle and explained everything he did and we have a great plan. Thank you Citidental. A+++
Won't be returning. I'd consider this office as having 3 strikes for me after my last appointment. My experience has been that they provide services that are not necessary and/or excessive, for financial gain. I had an optional treatment, that was not covered by insurance, applied to my teeth without my consent. The doctor did not explain to me that this treatment was optional (I have never had fluoride treatment applied to my teeth in my entire adult life), nor did they explain that the treatment would not be covered by insurance. It was applied to my teeth without any of this being explained, and without my consent. I forced to pay for this even though I would have declined if informed appropriately and given the choice. Another time, the associates booked my cleaning just shy of 6 months apart (I didn't bother to count the days, I just assumed that it would be 6 months apart because why would you book sooner than that since it's not covered by insurance). In December of 2020 I went in for an appointment at CITIDental in Boston. Upon getting there I was denied service as I had been out-of-state in the past two weeks. This was during the height of the pandemic, and this rule had not been advised to me ahead of time by the front of office staff. Frustrating to waste my time traveling there, but I left without care. I noticed several months ago (in 2022) that my insurance had actually been billed for this visit, even though I was denied service and never received any care. Insurance was billed for diagnostic radiographic imaging, preventative, oral evaluation, and bitewings radiographic imaging. None of this took place. I've left two emails and called the office several times for clarification. They never replied to the emails and I was told on the phone that they would look into this and call me back in a day or two. They have not returned my calls after weeks.
