Love all the bad reviews lately! Please note, they delete reviews, claim you have cavities (if you have medicaid) when you don’t! They ignore and deny customers who have to reschedule.. They can’t find sitters for their family/children and allow them to just play and hangout in the waiting room. I went against what the “dentist” advised and saw another and turns out I have ONE CAVITY and not TWELVE. I hope this review stops ONE person from walking in their doors. You’ve been warned
I made my first appointment about a month ago and I knew right away that I wanted to bring my toddler here for her first appointment... She had her appointment this morning and it could not have gone better... Joella has such a great approach with kids, I almost couldn't believe that was my kid???? The doc was just as warm and overall awesome. I highly recommend this place.
I went to another dentist who told me my teeth were a lost cause but city dental told me that in no way were my teeth a lost cause. They've fixed my teeth and have given me the smile I never thought I'd have. Thanks to the team and all their wonderful work!
