They are nice and polite, to the point that the people at the front desk read your mind and answer your questions before you even open your mouth, they also cut you off if you start talking and give you whatever answer you need, they won't let you talk to express your concern, they know it all you just need to look at them and they will answer you. On the other hand, I am very appreciative of the effort they put in to get the insurance approval for my son's treatment.

They’re polite, considerate, accommodating and up front about everything. We were seen the same day when I had an issue with my son’s expander and was called over the weekend when I had written to them About another concern. They’re honest and excellent at what they do and you shouldn’t be worried about being taken for a ride.
