Clayton Dental

I was in the market for a new dentist and Dr. June Wolff was listed as a dentist within my insurance network. I was needing an emergency visit, and after reading reviews online I decided to give her a try and boy am I glad I did! I made an appointment for a set day and time and when the office staff noticed that Dr. Wolff had a cancellation for a later time on the same day, she contacted me and asked if I could come at that time just in case some work needed to be done that day, it would be possible. Upon arrival I noticed the office was clean, the receptionist greeted me with a smile, and the dental assistant (Tristen) came out to get me within only a few minutes. Both Dr. Wolff and Tristen were very nice, friendly, patient, showed interest in my concerns, and were very knowledgeable about the services being provided. I had a filling replaced and Dr. Wolff was very gentle in her approach and did an AMAZING job!! I highly recommend Clayton Dental!!

Originally I had a great experience here but lately I have had the worse service. On a rainy day I got stuck in traffic and called and asked if I needed to reschedule since I would be about 10 minutes late, the lady said “yes” and offered appointments 3 months out. I scheduled an appointment and had laryngitis (which I’ve never had in my life) and needed to reschedule, again this time appointments were ANOTHER 3 months out. What’s the point? I said my schedule had changed and I had different availability and the lady offered no other options except for a similar appointment 3 MONTHS out. The lady was rude and rushing me off the phone when I questioned the availability and I told her that I will need to find a new dentist if they cannot work with my schedule. Quickly, she responded with “well do you want me to take you out of the system?” I told her “no, I want an appointment this century” eventually the call ended with no resolve other than “see you in 3 months or go on a waiting list

I highly recommend Clayton Dental! Dr. Ballard and Linda did an amazing job restoring my smile with a 6 tooth bridge plus more. I get daily compliments on my smile! They are truly a blessing. Also they are very professional, clean and friendly.
