I wish I never trusted them with my teeth. Before my first appointment, which was just a cleaning and check up, I had no issues or need for fillings. During the cleaning they were so rough they broke one of my teeth. I went back, got it filled, no problem. Next time I went back for a cleaning they broke two more, so I had to get those filled too. Now not even 3 years later the first original filling fell out while I was eating. Don’t waste your time with them, go to an office that actually cares about your teeth long term.

I have had a very positive experience - from the front office staff, to the assistants and then Dr Patel! I went in for a root canal but extraction ended up being the best alternative as clearly explained by Dr Patel. She informed me step by step and was very reassuring and caring. Care instructions afterwards were clear. Dr Patel called me twice after the procedure to see how I was doing and went over how I should continue caring for the area. All in all I would highly recommend Dr. Patel and the team at Cleveland Dental Institute.

Everybody is scheduled at the same time! It’s so packed and congested i literally waited 15 for someone one to acknowledge me to be signed in and then was told “ u can sign your name on the paper I’ll check u in when i come back from lunch “ like WHAT My appointment started 15 minutes ago and i haven’t even been signed in yet. Ridiculous not to mention my appointment was rescheduled so many times because THEY tried to call to move my time around 0/10 i will definitely be finding a new dentist DONT waste your time here.
