Had an app a few months ago, staff was friendly and fast. Paid what was due. A few weeks later, I'm getting emails there's an outstanding balance. No way to see the bill, called office 5 times, no answers. Left voice-mail no return call. Called a higher support, they said they emailed office a week ago, still no response. No way to pay bill without an ID number which is not included in email. Bad communication
Outstanding experience. I had upper right #1and #2 teeth removed. There was NO pain the dentist, Dr Natalie May and her staff were outstanding. I highly recommend them. On my next appointment, I had a deep cleaning with Ana. She did a fabulous job! I’m truly grateful to her and Doctor Natalie May for their superb service and professionalism! They are the best!!
Dr May is very friendly and professional! On what she does! And staff that work there! They all make you fell confortable ! I just seated back and relax in the dentist chair and let them do the work ????
