Everyone in the office are very customer service oriented. I felt respected and taken care of.

The limited staff is very efficient, professional, personable and helpful. No full time dentist is available on the premises. Must see a dentist in Merritt Island or Titusville for a filling. A "virtual" dentist in Tampa reviews and explains personal x-rays and gives recommendations for follow-up with the 2 days/week on-site temporary dentist. Appointment scheduling with this dentist is therefore very limited. Can't ever leave a message on office phone - "mailbox is full." This office excells in dental hygiene only. I've been a patient at this Coast Dental for 25 years when Dr. Spector was there. Since his retirement several dentists have come and gone. Now only a part-time auxillary dentist is available. My aging teeth need an on-site dentist. Dental health accommodations are lacking at this prime Melbourne/Suntree location, which should strive to be the exemplary location. Would love to see this upscale location revive and flourish again.

Got xrays done, cancer screen, pictures of teeth. Checked gums and then was supposed to Tele dentist, but internet went down. Had to come back at 3 and waited 30 minutes. Doctor was 5 minutes. He never said anything to me or asked me anything. Then I was given an almost $1000 treatment estimate. I almost passed out. I have to wait to get stuff done bc its a bad $$ time right now. I'm not saying there's a need for these things, but I've never gotten these dine before. I've never spent that in a year.
