Coast Dental

I waited three months for my appointment since there so busy that I wouldn't be able to be seen earlier. Then the day before my appointment they sent me a text that they had to cancel. I myself had to call and then they offered me another appointment another month away. Let me add, all this time I've been labeled as an "Emergency" appointment. That's scary. Currently finding another dentist whom I would at this point, feel more comfortable treating me, which I should of done months ago, wasted my time with this place.

My husband was scheduled for an appointment and we have been trying to get in for a month now. They cancelled on him the day before his original appointment, but we were able to reschedule. The person who scheduled him said everything was good with his insurance when we rescheduled (weeks in advance). I then get a call an hour before his appointment saying they don’t take his insurance. Very inconvenient, schedulers should have more knowledge of which insurances they accept before making the appointment. Or, they should have a process to verify insurance ahead of time and not the day of the appointment.

The worst dentist I've ever been to never return calls take forever to answer the phone make appointments and then they cancel them three times in a row. One time I went there and the dental assistant acted like she was very annoyed because they made my appointment late. If you can do not go to this place I do not recommend it. The only reason I would give it 2 stars is because there was a dental assistant there that was very caring and sweet and went out her way to make me feel comfortable when she was cleaning my teeth other than that I have nothing else good to say. They recently canceled my appointment and I could always almost guarantee you that they will never call me to reschedule. I would have to keep calling them.
