First off I can't believe I don't remember her name fr but I belive she said Nicole. This is not her normal office but she owned it that day to me lol. The front desk lovely agent was superb from scheduling over the phone to day of check in. Then I got to the back and met Nicole? And the vibe was there. Lol she did so good on my teeth I didn't want to leave. I'm sad I have to wait 6 whole months. ???? Her plan was perfectly executed and picked. I even purchased teeth whitening by my request and toothpaste for added protection....her recommendation. I can not stop smiling. I am so happy I switched dentists and first time feeling this happy about my teeth treatment. Last I scheduled my bf in 2 weeks bc he also will be switching. You gained 2 new happy clients.

The dental hygienist was ready when we arrived, the procedure though invasive, was performed flawlessly and we were in and out earlier than anticipated. The staff were friendly, patient, and informative.

I was foolishly coerced into an Invisalign treatment by these snake oil salesmen in August '22 with automatic payments of $200 made by me every month. Did the teeth molds and was told I'd be contacted when the trays arrived. 4 months later with no calls, no updates, no correspondence, but I'm still paying! Whenever I called I was told there were "delays". December '22 I decide I've had enough of paying for services I'm not receiving. Ask to cancel the order and get a refund. I've been given so many different excuses by several different people over there. Supervisor's away at a funeral, the 3rd party billing service has to stop the payments (I called them and they said that's not true), corporate has to approve the refund, etc. As of February '23 I've paid $1400 for a product I've never received. DO NOT get involved with these people!
